Take a Seat, Take A Stand

While there’s been a lot of publicity over the last few years about the health problems associated with sitting too long on the job, there are similar concerns now about what happens when workers take the sit/stand approach too far in the other direction.

At Falcon, we believe that variety is the spice of life. Take the opportunity to change it up during the day! Sit, stand and walk around your workplace. Beyond the office environment, Cafeterias, Learning Commons, Training rooms and most any public space can offer similar benefits by providing users the ability to choose their posture. Working and socializing can be done at dining height, counter height, bar height, standing height or even lounge height.

You can learn more about the perspective that too much standing can be as detrimental as too much sitting in this article.
